Phoenix Computing was founded in October 2011, with the aim of providing an affordable, professional, and flexible computer repair service to the local community.

We are based in Wolston, Warwickshire, and as such are able to support domestic and small business clients from Coventry to Rugby with ease.

Professional: our team has over 25 years experience in the I.T. and Telecommunications industry, providing I.T. support and consultancy solutions to BS 5750 / ISO 9000 quality, and Microsoft® best practice standards. Our team have worked in a number of business sectors including Local Government, Defense, Utility, and I.T. Services.

To speed up fault analysis and problem resolution, Phoenix Computing uses a logical and methodical approach. Troubleshooting procedures have been defined, tested, and documented. These formal procedures enable us to present a comprehensive report of work completed to our clients.

Flexible: we work around your busy schedule, which is why we can be contacted on weekdays from 10:00am – 21:00pm & from 10:00am – 18:00pm on the weekend.
We are able to visit your home or business residence at no additional cost, however if this is not convenient for you we can accept delivery of your faulty computer(s) and fix problems in our workshop.
