Wi-Fi Problems

These days Wi-Fi is ubiquitous. Instead of using your available and often costly mobile data allowance it is often better to connect to a public Wi-Fi service.
Public Wi-Fi services can be found in hotels, airports, public transport, cafes, service stations, recreation and leisure centres, the list goes on. The services can be free or come with a usage charge. Either way, there are caveats to their use, which can initially prevent you from getting online.
If you go to the “Wi-Fi Tips and Tricks” section you will find some simple steps to get you online. The section provides instructions and guidelines for Android, Apple, & Windows based devices. Feel free to make a note of the procedures and familiarise yourself with what to expect.
